Did you know that abusive behaviours can take many forms besides physical violence? If you’re in an abusive relationship, your safety may be at risk. You can get help through the Abuse & Family Violence pathway.
The pathway asks you questions to help you think about your relationship with your partner, provides information about abuse to help you assess your current situation and your level of risk, and gives you an action plan for the future.
You’ll be guided to in-person services and resources to help you address your safety concerns, legal needs, and other issues specific to your situation. You can print out information about the steps you can take now or do later. You can also use sample checklists to help you with safety planning.
It will take you about 25 minutes to go through the pathway. Your answers are completely confidential and deleted when you leave the pathway.
